I am constantly thinking about how to most effectively help students conquer the obstacles in their studies while simultaneously building up their self confidence in the academic sphere. It is inspiring and delightful to see timid students overcome academic struggles and become confident learners who can take pride in their own achievements. In this way the process is not unlike watching small seeds grow into big trees. I am motivated to become a diligent gardener, willing to devote my passion to helping every seed flourish to its fullest potential.
